Confirm your payment
Always write your full name and payment purpose on your deposit slip. After making a bank deposit, you must email a copy of the receipt to accounts@icd.org.pk or send it via WhatsApp to +92 317 1170214 for verification.
Paying from overseas
SWIFT transfers typically take 3 to 7 business days to process. Please note that all corresponding bank processing charges and foreign exchange (FX) rates are the sole responsibility of the payer.
Card Surcharge Notice
Online Visa and MasterCard payments processed via store.icd.org.pk incur an additional 3% convenience fee at checkout. Please ensure your card has online transactions activated by your issuing bank before purchasing.
Other Payment Options
We also accept direct Bank Deposits at checkout or customized Payment Links requested via official email. For physical payments, you can visit ICD House Lahore from Monday to Friday (10 AM–6 PM).
Beware of fake ICD centers
ICD Islamabad has no connection with the unauthorized center at Victoria Heights, ISB. Anyone paying that center does so at their own risk. Legal action is pending.
Important Notes and Policies
- Fee once paid is non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Refunds for preparation classes are not allowed after attending a class, exam fees follow specific exam policies, and teaching qualification fees are strictly non- refundable and non-transferable. CELTA and general course fees also carry nonrefundable restrictions
- Always mention your full name and purpose of payment on the payment receipt.
- Email a copy of receipt to accounts@icd.org.pk or WhatsApp +92 317 1170214, so that your payment can be verified.
- Payment from overseas may take up to 3 to 7 business days to confirm if sent via swift transfer.
- Any bank charges, overseas conversion rates is a responsibility of the person making the payment. ICD will only acknowledge payment cleared and credited in its bank account. You will be notified if the received payment is less than the required amount.
- If paying equivalent to foreign currency please contact ICD for exchange rates applied. In case you want to pay in foreign currency or for any billings, payments and receipts, contact ICD at accounts@icd.org.pk or WhatsApp +92 317 1170214 beforehand.
