Institute of Career Development has been working with adult learners, who want to excel in their fields, since its birth in 2008. It is for the fact that we provide quality education that we have been able to obtain myriad affiliations with well reputed organizations. This means that not only do we encourage the students who come at our site to quench their thirst of knowledge; but, we also provide out-campus training’s in which we go to the campuses of different organizations to train their staff and students with regard to their requirements.

- Pearson VUE exams in various categories at Lahore center.
- ICD also act as exam centers for distance learning PhD and Master programs for various UK and US / Canadian Universities
- Cambridge Teaching Qualifications including CELTA, DELTA (Module 1), CELT-P, CELT-S, EMI and TKT face to face and as well as online.
- TEFL – Teaching English as a Foreign Language at its centers in Islamabad, Lahore and Karachi
ICD is now registered with Punjab Skills Development Authority to offer Spoken and Business English courses.
PSDA is official body for vocational education in Punjab. ICD courses in Spoken & Business English will now be accredited by Punjab Govt.

Dr Osamah Qureshi is Director of Student Counseling Services Pakistan www.myscs.org/ Institute of Career Development www.icd.org.pk and is involved in student recruitment, English language training and testing, Educational fairs and outreach activities. He is working in Pakistan for more than a decade for student recruitment since 2002
In 2022, With support of Irish Govt. organization Enterprise Ireland, Dr Qureshi established Ireland Education Office http://educationireland.net/ and opened an online application portal for Irish applications from students and agents at https://apply.educationireland.net/ An Irish exclusive course search engine was also published at https://courses.educationireland.net/
Dr Osamah Qureshi is exclusive recruitment partner & country office holder for various educational institutions and in this capacity is extensively involved in screening of the students, documents checking, linkage activity with Pakistani institutions, keeping partner institutions profile high in competitive education market.
Dr Osamah Qureshi is Director of Institute of Career Development ( ICD ) which is Authorized Test Center for English Language assessment exams of Cambridge English UK, TOEFL iBT/ GRE USA, Pearson Test of English, OET Exams and more. ICD has 3 Test Centers in Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad testing around 200 test takers each month.
