This is a 6-module course, delivered asynchronously entirely online via our VLE (Virtual Learning Environment) site.

Theories of Change Management. Develop an awareness of different models of change management.
Organizational Attitude to Change. Develop an understanding of the different factors that drive change. Consider how change is managed in your organisation
The Timing of Change. The change cycle and the Sigmoid Curve. Examine the relationship between leadership .
Types of Change. Learn how to conduct a premortem. Explore the differences between strategic and operational change.
